You can view your order status from My Account → Orders.

If you checked out without an account or need help, email accounts@belugastereos.co.za or call +27 62 012 8738. Please include your order number and the name used at checkout.

Courier tracking details are sent once an order has been dispatched. Installation bookings are confirmed separately.
