These terms apply to purchases, installation bookings and use of the Beluga Stereos website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and vehicle compatibility

Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose. Compatibility may depend on the exact vehicle model, year, trim, factory radio, connectors and existing equipment. Please supply accurate vehicle details and confirm any uncertainty before ordering or installation. Some installations require additional fascia panels, adapters, interfaces or labour, which will be quoted before work proceeds.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand. The amount payable, delivery charge and selected payment method are confirmed at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment. We may contact you if stock, pricing or compatibility information requires correction before fulfilment.

Delivery and collection

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by stock availability, courier delays or address issues. Free shipping is available for qualifying South African orders of R2,000 or more; exclusions may apply to unusually large, heavy or remote-area deliveries and will be disclosed before fulfilment. Risk and delivery are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Installation

Installation times are estimates. The customer must disclose relevant vehicle faults, modifications and non-standard wiring. We will request approval before carrying out material additional work not included in the agreed scope. Personal belongings should be removed from the work area before the appointment.

Returns and warranties

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the process for unwanted, incorrect, damaged or defective goods. Manufacturer warranties may also apply. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Website use

You may use the website for lawful shopping and information purposes. Do not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information or misuse site content. Product names and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. This clause does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
